Lee Bilbrough
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business but focusing particularly on market appraisals, viewings, management accounting and company compliance. Lee relishes the challenges and variety brought by lettings and property management as no two days are ever the same. He takes great care when choosing the right tenants then matching them to the right properties / landlords.
The Private Rented Sector is in a period of transition with what seems like an ever increasing amount of new legislation affecting the landlords and tenants so Lee prides himself on giving expert and specialist advice to our landlord clients to ensure their interest are always protected. Lee has lived in and around the Worth Valley all his life and outside of work leads a very active lifestyle juggling family life, Hill walking with his dog as well as training for, and competing in, Triathlon.
Marie Warrington
If you have ever heard the saying “Would you like to speak to the man in charge or the woman who knows what’s going on” then it fits Marie perfectly. Ever present in the office Marie has over 20 years experience in Keighley lettings and is involved in all aspects of the letting and management process. She does however keep a particularly keen eye monitoring rent payments, preparing management statements as well as arranging repairs, tenant referencing and property inspections as well as all the necessary paper work and admin and anything else that needs to be done to keep the office running smoothly.
Marie has recently completed ARLA’s Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management and is contemplating working towards the Level 4 award, the highest one achievable in the industry. In her free time Marie loves nothing more than to read, cook, cuddle her two rescue cats and cope with her teenagers hormones and expense!
Jason Bilbrough
Jason is the latest addition to the team bringing a wealth of practical experience to the company. Spending almost all of this time out on the road he looks after the more “hands on” tasks in day to day property management including maintenance inspections, meter readings, check in inventories and check out reports, condition photographs etc as well as giving us an excellent in house maintenance option for our landlords keeping the cost of those little jobs to minimum. Outside of work jason enjoys riding his mountain bike on the local trails, watching his beloved Leeds Utd as well as fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
Carolyn Holmes
Carolyn looks after the office on Saturdays dealing with all enquiries whilst the rest of the team are out and about on appointments. Carolyn also keeps the office in good order ensuring those essential admin jobs are right up to date and things are nice and tidy. Out of work Carolyn loves gardening, baking and when the weather permits spending time at her allotment.
Sharon
Sharon has worked in Residential Lettings and Property Management for over 25 years previously with Dacres before joining the Pure team in 2021. Sharon's experience and attention to detail makes her an invaluable addition to the team concentrating primarily on the ever increasing amount of landlord compliance.
Molly the dog
Occasionally Molly can be seen in the office wagging her tail and searching for the next tummy rub. Her enthusiasm for our visitors is insatiable and she has become a firm favourite with many of our clients with her very loving nature. When office life gets a little tough Molly soon calms things down. Out of work she loves nothing more than long walks, snoozing and hunting for the next treat.
